Document ref: TERMS-001

Terms of use

These terms govern the use of atlasfractional.com. They set out what Atlas is, what it is not, what a company pays and why a leader pays nothing. They are written to be read once, in full, before anyone relies on them.

In effect from 11 September 2026

What Atlas is

Atlas is a public register of named fractional leaders. A company reads a leader page, asks for an introduction, and contracts with that leader directly. Each leader holds their own work permit or their own licensed entity, checked and dated before the page goes live.

The register is open. Every page can be read before a company speaks to anyone, and the bar a leader passes is published in full on the standard rather than promised in a word.

01 What Atlas is not

Five statements that decide how every engagement is papered. They are stated here so a company’s counsel and a leader’s accountant can both read them before anyone signs anything.

Not a recruitment agency

Atlas does not place anyone into employment, permanent or temporary. No listing on this site is a vacancy and no leader on it is a candidate for one.

Not an employer or a sponsor

Atlas employs no leader listed here, sponsors no visa, holds no work permit on anyone's behalf and runs no payroll. Each leader works through their own permit or their own licensed entity, which is checked before a page goes live.

Not a labour supplier

Atlas does not second, supply or hire out personnel to a client company. An engagement is agreed and contracted between the company and the leader directly.

Not a consultancy

Atlas sells no projects and delivers no advisory work of its own. The work is the leader's, under the leader's name.

Not a party to the engagement

Atlas introduces. What is then agreed on scope, fees, term, confidentiality and liability is a contract between the company and the leader, and Atlas is not a party to it.

02 For companies

01 Reading the register costs nothing

Every leader page is public and can be read, shared and checked before you speak to anyone. No account is needed to read the register and no shortlist is held back behind a form. Filing a brief can carry an optional password at the last step, which does one thing: it shows you where that brief stands. It changes nothing about the answer or how fast it comes.

02 An introduction is requested, not bought

You ask for an introduction to a named leader. Atlas confirms the leader's current capacity and makes the introduction, or tells you the leader is not available.

03 The fee is one month of the agreed retainer, invoiced once

It falls due when an engagement begins between you and the leader, and it is charged a single time. There is no recurring platform fee, no percentage of the engagement, and nothing further to pay for the life of the work.

04 You contract with the leader directly

Scope, term, fees, confidentiality, intellectual property and notice are settled between you and the leader. We recommend both sides take their own advice on the contract, and on whether the arrangement fits the company's licence and the leader's permit.

03 For leaders

01 Listing is free, and stays free

A leader pays Atlas nothing to be listed, nothing when an introduction is made and nothing when an engagement begins. There is no membership fee and no commission on the work.

02 A page is published by you and approved by us

Both halves are required. Atlas holds the approval and can withhold or withdraw it. The six tests are published in full on the standard, so the bar is known before anyone applies it.

03 The page is public by design

That is the reason to be listed. Your name, your prior seats, your proofs and your stated capacity are visible to anyone, including search engines and answer engines. Nothing here is confidential, and nothing should be published that you would not want read by a current client.

04 A page stays true or it comes down

Capacity is re-checked every quarter and a page that goes quiet stops being live until it answers. A proof that stops resolving is removed and a replacement is requested. You can ask for your page to be taken down at any time, and it comes down.

04 What we verify, and what we cannot

Atlas checks the six tests on the standard and dates the check. That is a check on a leader’s history, their permit or licence, their proofs and their stated capacity at a point in time. It is not a warranty of the work.

Atlas does not guarantee that an engagement will succeed, that a leader will remain available, or that any outcome described on a leader page will repeat. A verification is evidence a company weighs, not a substitute for the company’s own diligence, references and contract.

Everything published on this site, including anything in the research library, is information. It is not legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Rules, fees and licence conditions change from one market to the next and inside one, and a figure that was correct when it was written may not be correct when it is read. Verify with a qualified adviser before acting.

05 Using the site

The register is published to be read, cited and linked. It is not published to be harvested. Bulk copying of leader pages, scraping contact details for unrelated solicitation, or reproducing the register as a competing listing is not permitted.

Text, figures and page design on this site belong to Atlas. The photographs are public domain and carry their credit on the page. A leader owns what they write on their own page and grants Atlas permission to publish it for as long as the page is live.

06 Liability

Atlas is liable for the introduction and for the accuracy of what it states about its own verification. It is not liable for the performance of a leader, the conduct of a company, or any loss arising from an engagement it is not a party to.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the fee paid to Atlas for the introduction in question.

07 Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Atlas is operated from Dubai. The registered entity name, trade licence number and registered address are published on this page as soon as the licence is issued, rather than described in advance. Until then, the point of contact for anything on this page is hello@atlasfractional.com, and a written answer comes from a named person.

These terms change when the business changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current text, and a material change is announced on the page rather than made quietly.

How Atlas handles personal data is a separate document. It is on the privacy notice.
