Where Atlas is open
A register that names three markets and lists leaders in one has to say which is which, on its own page, in its own words. Atlas is building a global register and opens one market at a time. The Gulf is the first market, Singapore is next, and India follows.
One market at a time
A market is not open until the register carries names in it. That is the whole test, and it is why Atlas publishes no rate, no permit rule and no regulatory date for a market it has not entered. Every regional fact on this site sits on the market page it belongs to, so a reader can see which country the claim is about before deciding whether it applies to them.

The first market Atlas opened. Eight jurisdictions, the permits an engagement is invoiced against, and the regulation that created the AI Officer seat.

The second market. Atlas has no listed leaders in Singapore today, and a market is not open until the register carries names in it.

The third market. Atlas has no listed leaders in India today, and a market is not open until the register carries names in it.
What travels between markets
The six tests do. A leader passes the same bar in every market, and one of the six is that two of their ten senior years were worked in the market they are listed in. The rules that test is checked against change at the border. The bar does not. Read the standard, then read the market page for the country you are hiring in.
The fee travels too. Leaders list free everywhere, and a company pays one month of the agreed retainer, once, when an engagement starts. That is set out on the house.
