The house
A register that publishes its judgement should say who is judging. Atlas is run by operators, not by a marketplace team, and this page says what that means.

The people behind Atlas carry fifty years of combined experience running marketing, strategy and operations inside large companies, from multinationals to family businesses, across India and the Gulf. One of the things they run is a podcast that has put 400 founders and leaders on record in long-form interviews, which is a decade of practice at the exact skill this register depends on: sitting across from a senior operator and working out whether the track record is real.
Atlas runs across markets rather than out of a single office, which is worth saying plainly rather than leaving to be discovered. It came out of that work. Sitting inside client companies a few days a week showed the same gap every quarter: firms that need a senior seat filled, networks that hide every name behind a form, and no way for a buyer to read a single page before a sales call.
Atlas is building a global register and opens one market at a time. The Gulf is the first market, Singapore is next, and India follows. The gap is not a regional gap. It is the same gap in every market where a company can name the seat it needs and cannot name a person to fill it, which is why the facts that belong to one country sit on the market pages and nowhere else on this site.
A page costs nothing and stays that way. The leader keeps their address, their rate, and their inbox.
Every profile is public. The one thing the page does not carry is a direct line, because the introduction is the product.
If an engagement starts, Atlas invoices the company one month of the retainer, once. No subscription, no percentage of the ongoing fee, no charge to the leader.
Every reference call behind a verified badge is made by Atlas, and the standard it is made against is published in full. Read the standard, then hold us to it. If a page on this site is wrong, say so and it gets fixed or taken down.
